Proper saddle fit isn't a luxury

A balanced saddle is a necessity for you and your horse to perform at your absolute best with comfort. You wouldn't want to go hiking with shoes two sizes too small or too big, so why would you ask your horse to work with a saddle that doesn't fit? Your saddle should offer clearance of your horse's spine and wither, should balance you in the deepest point of the seat without tipping forwards or backwards, and comfortably sit on your horse without the use of excess pads unless desired for extra cushion. My goal is to make your horse happy first and foremost, and then help you achieve your ideal balance and security in your desired saddle.
